Bio:

Originally from Dhaka, Bangladesh, Sujash received his BA in English and MA in Education (Truman State University) and an MA in English (Missouri State University). Now he is pursuing a PhD in Composition and Rhetoric in the Department of English at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His paper “Internationalizing as an Intervention to Assimilative Practices in American Higher Education” has won him a Scholars for the Dream Travel Award in 2024 at the 75th Conference on College Composition and Communication in Spokane, Washington. He teaches Intermediate Composition and at the UW-Madison Writing Center. He has a tabby cat named Toulouse. In his free time Sujash likes to cook and work on photography.
