Erin is a PhD student in the composition and rhetoric program. Her research interests include institutional rhetoric, linguistic justice, immigration studies, legal studies, and the history of higher education. In her research and teaching, Erin centers anti-racism, anti-ableism, and decolonization as praxis. She also has an affinity for queer theory, horror theory, and posthumanism/material culture studies. When she’s not figuring out how to fold all of her research interests into a single term paper, Erin can be found spending time with her partner, lifting weights, and knitting.
