Bio

Su studied English Literature at Sogang University in Seoul, South Korea, where she received her B.A. and M.A. Her research primarily engages with American and Anglophone novels through the lenses of postcolonialism, the Asian diaspora, the transpacific, and memory studies. Su is interested in how literary texts capture the crossing of national borders, which involves not only the movement of material bodies but also the identities, memories, and histories that accompany them.
