Professor Aparna Dharwadker has been honored with the Kellett Mid-Career Award. This award recognizes Professor Dharwadker’s distinguished scholarship in English and Interdisciplinary Theatre Studies. A divisional committee appointed by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Education chooses winners from professors nominated by departments, Ph.D. major programs and interdepartmental groups. The Kellett Award was created to provide needed support and encouragement to faculty at a critical stage of their careers, seven to twenty years past their first promotion to a tenured position.
