CONFERENCE HOTELS

Update 7/31/12:  Hotels are filling quickly due to high interest in the conference; therefore we suggest you try each hotel within our NAVSA block if you find a certain hotel full.  There may be cancellations so it is worth the phone call to your highest priority hotel to check.  The NAVSA conference receives a credit from the City of Madison for every room booked within our blocks so we strongly encourage you to help support the conference by staying in one of the hotels listed below.

Note:  We have stopped using the web-based housing system in order to give registrants the opportunity to discuss specific dates and needs with a live person at the hotel of your choice. Please call the hotels listed on the website. Make sure to say that you’re with NAVSA in order to get the group rate.

For those who have already booked via the web (“Meetingmax” system), if you need to cancel or change your existing reservation please do not contact the hotel directly unless it is within 72 hours of your arrival. Please refer to the link provided at the bottom of your Meetingmax confirmation e-mail.  If you lost or deleted your confirmation e-mail, please contact Laura Senz, senz@visitmadison.com, 608-441-3957 or toll free: 800.373.6376 x 3957, and she can re-send it.
